Coaching often involves finding out what a person wants, identifying an issue or barrier, and then through discussion, self-reflection and working in partnership, agreement on what they’ll do to make a positive and long-lasting change.

 I have been on many traditional training and development courses but I believe these courses often fail to meet the diverse needs of our staff and our organisations. Coaching helped me to be the best me because it focussed on me and what I needed. It has transformed my work life; my happiness; my effectiveness, my job satisfaction; my future.

I have been coaching for many years. Since 2004 I’ve been leading by coaching by listening, and listening again, helping people be the best, most productive and content they can be. I have coached individuals, groups and teams in-person and online.

My coaching sessions will focus on you and what you want to improve.  We’ll agree on your ‘Owning and Driving Change’ goals together and dedicate our time by working in partnership to achieve lasting change for you. We’ll work at your pace and in the way that suits you. I’ll routinely check to make sure we’re making good progress.  

Sessions for 1-1s can be a one-off 1.5 hours, or what usually works best is a series of 4 or 6 sessions of 1.5 hours scheduled to suit you. This can be online via Zoom or Teams or in-person. Again, it’s whatever suits you best.

Costs for online, and in-person face-to-face coaching sessions can be agreed based on location and travel requirements. Costs for team coaching can be negotiated. No need to decide on any of this yet. Just ‘get in touch’ and we can have a no obligation exploratory chat.
